Internship Overview

This internship offers an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in the practical application of American law across various domains, especially in Corporate and Immigration Law. The work will be diverse, covering a wide array of assignments that will help interns broaden their legal skills and knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

• ✅ Conduct legal research, analysis, and prepare briefs.
• ✅ Write articles and blogs on Immigration and Corporate Law topics.
• ✅ Prepare summaries on assigned legal matters.
• ✅ Research and draft content on International Corporate Transactions.
• ✅ Assist with social media marketing efforts (preferable, but not mandatory).

Eligibility Criteria

• ✅ Must be a penultimate or final-year law student.
• ✅ Strong research and analytical skills.
• ✅ Excellent interpretative and writing abilities.

Internship Duration

The internship will last between one to three months.
